World number two Iga Swiatek defeated Jasmine Paolini 7-5, 6-4 to win the Cincinnati Open on Monday night, August 18.
The Polish tennis player pulled a remarkable comeback from 0-3 in the first set to go ahead of Paolini 5-3 before levelling up. Swiatek secured the first set victory in 56 minutes.

In the second set, the world number two secured her eighth ace to take the lead in the second set before her Italian opponent broke serve twice, but it was not enough to stop Swiatek, who was chasing her 24th career singles title, per SkySports.
Swiatek asks cameraman not to film her
Former world number 1 Iga Swiatek informed a cameraman not to film her while trying to change her clothes during the Cincinnati Open.
According to Daily Mail, the incident occurred during the semi-final match against Elena Rybakina, which she won in a straight-set 7-5, 6-3 victory.
The world number two came back from a 5-3 deficit to win their first set by 7-5 after 45 minutes.
The Tennis star proceeded to the bench to cool down due to the heat and to change her clothes, but was approached by the camera operator.
Swiatek waved her finger at the media man, requesting her privacy, while trying to prepare for the second set.

Swiatek reveals secret behind changing clothes
2025 Wimbledon winner Iga Swiatek said her coach (Wim Fissette) gave her the idea of changing her clothes during any international tournament.
In a viral video on X, Swiatek said she did not buy into the idea at first, but it later worked for her. She said:
"Honestly speaking, my coach told me couple of months ago that after losing a set, it might be a good idea to change my outfit so that I can reset and go into the second set in a different vibe.
"I thought it was bull**** , but I tried it this time and it worked."
Swiatek is a force – Solace-Chukwu
Tennis enthusiast Biola Solace-Chukwu said Iga Natalia Swiatek is a force to be reckoned with in the sport.
Speaking in an exclusive comment with Legit.ng, Solace-Chukwu explained that the Polish player has achieved a great deal within a short period. She said:
“Iga Swiatek slipped down the rankings to World No.8 then snapped.
“In two months, she's climbed back up to World No.2 after reaching the final in Bad Homburg, winning Wimbledon and now Cincinnati; achieving things she hadn't before.
