The former federal lawmaker was speaking in the midst of an opposition coalition aimed at unseating Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Outspoken Kazaure said:
“With a free and fair election, I can assure you by 12 noon he will have lost the 2027 election.”

2) Solomon Dalung
Solomon Dalung, a former minister of sports and youth development, said he has promised President Tinubu that his government would be defeated in 2027, even if his son, Seyi Tinubu, is appointed chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Dalung, while speaking during an interview on News Central in July, said President Tinubu’s administration has declared war on Nigerians and weaponised poverty.
3) Dabo Sambo
In June, a Northern elder and public affairs commentator, Alhaji Dabo Sambo, called on President Tinubu to, as a matter of urgency, confront the growing insecurity and banditry in the north.
He warned the president that it could significantly cut his chances of being re-elected in 2027 should he not do so.
Speaking to reporters, Sambo enumerated the nation’s most significant challenge as security, where lives and property are under perpetual threat.
He stressed that the security of the people was one of the fundamental responsibilities of the government and warned that underperformance on this score would be politically expensive for Tinubu.
Sambo asserted:
“If President Tinubu refuses to wipe out the security challenges, he will definitely not win the 2027 election."
4) Datti Baba-Ahmed
In April, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, the former vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), advised President Tinubu not to seek re-election if he is truly a smart politician.
Baba-Ahmed, who appeared on Arise Television’s political programme, ‘Prime Time,’ believes Tinubu’s time is up, adding that everything is there for the president and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to see that they would lose in 2027.
5) Shehu Gabam
In March, a top chieftain of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Shehu Gabam, told President Tinubu that anyone can lose the 2027 presidential election, insisting it is not about individual brilliance or strategy.
He boasted that his party is sure of victory in the 2027 election since the party presently in government is allegedly not listening to the cries of Nigerians.
6) Adewole Adebayo
In March, Adewole Adebayo, the 2023 presidential candidate of the SDP, vowed that President President Tinubu will be defeated in the 2027 election.
The SDP chieftain also claimed that his party will produce the next Nigerian president.
Adewale stated this while appearing on Arise Television’s 'The Morning Show'.
He said:
“Tinubu is going to be removed from power, that one is sure, and there would be an SDP president."
7) Charles Udeogaranya
Ex-presidential aspirant Charles Udeogaranya recently said the APC will lose the 2027 presidential election if it fields Tinubu.
He said in a recent interview with The Sun:
"To me and most Nigerians, he has failed woefully to address the concerns of most Nigerians. In my unmistakable view, he has no business seeking a re-election, and the greatest mistake my party, the APC will make at the party’s presidential primary and convention, would be to renominate an incompetent president as its flag bearer, but God forbid!"

8) Nasir El-Rufai
In June, Nasir el-Rufai, former governor of Kaduna, asserted that President Tinubu’s re-election in 2027 is an impossibility.
Speaking in an interview shared on his verified X handle, the opposition leader emphasised that anyone holding a different view is out of touch with the reality in Nigeria.
El-Rufai contended that the Nigerian populace has lost confidence in both the APC and the current president, suggesting that they would therefore be unwilling to cast their votes for them in the upcoming general election.
El-Rufai said:
“Anybody that thinks it is possible for President Bola Tinubu to get re-elected is living in another country, not Nigeria. It is impossible for Bola Tinubu to get re-elected.”
