In the video posted by @annys_mensworld, the lady said she noticed that the bus was without a horn.

In order to alert people to his presence on the road, the bus driver was making use of a horn.

He used his mouth to blow the horn while she was driving.

Passenger shares what driver did on the road

The driver walked into a farm and started harvesting crops on the farm, which turned out to be his own.
