The video shows when the lady arrived in the area, which had many old houses.

According to the lady identified on TikTok as @bestchoicebackup, she was out for house hunting, but she did not like the ones she saw.
She captioned the video:
"Went house hunting today and all I can say is "omo."
She showed the inner parts of one of the houses she checked, and apparently did not like it. The area did not look clean.
However, some people in the comment section of the post told her that there are new houses in the area.

Landlord increase rent to N1.8 million
In a related story, Legit.ng reported that a Nigerian lady said she came back from the market only to receive a letter from her landlord's lawyers.
In the letter, she was informed that her house rent has been increased from N1 million to N1.8 million.
However, the lady wondered why the rent was increased to that amount, even when the landlord did not renovate the house.
