Mixed reactions have trailed David Obadiah's tweet about his desire to own a BMW hours after N22 million was raised for his corrective leg surgery.
David, an X influencer known as Baddy of Lagos, was the beneficiary of a fundraising spearheaded by another influencer on the platform known as Sir Dickson.

In two weeks, Dickson rallied support and got people to raise N22 million for David, with music star Davido also supporting with N3 million.
David's tweet about owning BMW
In a tweet on Wednesday, August 6, David shared pictures of a BMW and expressed his desire to own one someday. He tweeted:
"Before I die I must own a clean BMW."
The LASU graduate's tweet blew up on the social media platform, garnering 1.2 million views, 14k likes, 1.5k retweets and over a thousand comments.
While some people hailed his desire, others cautioned him about his tweet, which they argued was at the wrong time.

Davido sends N3m for LASU graduate's surgery
