Essence of prophecies for nations

The essence of prophecies for nations is to provide guidance, reveal divine will, and offer a path to repentance and hope by imparting moral teachings, social justice, and instructions for navigating challenging times.

Prophecies act as a reformative and guiding force, building up communities through edification and consolation while revealing God's character and ultimate plan. They also serve to validate the truth of sacred texts and provide assurance of God's promises, encouraging faithfulness and vigilance in anticipation of future fulfillment.
