Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye has revealed that a real estate agent known as Getawaybyellie scammed her nephew. In several posts on her Instagram page, she explained that the agent claimed their company was offering a discount, allowing clients to pay N650k for three days in their short-let.

After making the payment, they lost contact with the agent, who later changed the company’s Instagram page to "luxurylivingbyellie" in order to scam other unsuspecting individuals.

The movie star, who was recently celebrated by IK Ogbonna, added that she was determined to track down the real agent and deal with the situation accordingly. After a series of confrontations, the agent eventually refunded the N650k.

On her Instagram page, the actress called out the agent again, alleging that the firm had scammed another of her friends out of N500k. She also noted that the agent had deceived many others, who came forward after she began posting about him.

The actress, who recently celebrated her birthday, shared transaction receipts between her sister and the scammer.
