Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba has opened up about her personal struggle with cancer and how she overcame it through a mix of medical treatment and faith in God.
Legit.ng recalled that Osoba trended after she opened up that she was battling with cancer.
However, a year later, the actress announced that she had overcome the terminal disease and was back to her best.

In a chat with Oyinmomo TV, the actress revealed that her life turned upside down the moment she was told she had cancer. Doctors, she said, needed further tests to determine the extent of the illness.

She was warned that the medications required could stop her from conceiving for at least five years.
Temitope admitted that her heart sank when the doctors broke the news.
She stated:
“I was told I had cancer and that further tests would be carried out to check how far it had spread. The doctors also said I wouldn’t be able to conceive for the next five years because of the medications I’d have to take, as they could affect the baby. Hearing that at 38 years old was devastating. I couldn’t imagine waiting that long."
