He claimed he was attempting to park her new automobile after a movie scene when he accidentally crashed it.

Monsuru stated that Funke was angry with him at the time, but she later apologised, which surprised him. He characterised the filmmaker as someone who gets furious quickly but apologises when she is calm.

“I was the one who spoiled Funke Akindele’s new car while I was trying to park her car after the movie set,” he said. “Funke is someone who gets angry easily, but when she is calm, she apologises. If she reacts to something someone says, she retraces her steps and apologises.”

He also discussed his friendship with Femi Adebayo, recalling how he earned N5000 from the director when he first started his career. He claimed Femi was giving him N5000 out of his N20,000 pay cheque.

“I was collecting N5000 when I started my career from Femi Adebayo because of the passion and flair I had for acting.”
