The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) kicked off its 73rd Annual Convention at Redemption City in Ogun state on Monday, August 4.
Videos from the Christian event, which is scheduled to run until Friday, August 8, have emerged online.

A trending video captured the moment when RCCG General Overseer, Pastor EA Adeboye, sang the original version of No Turning Back during his ministration.
The cleric, while speaking about the song, also dropped a comment about the new version, saying:

"We are going to be singing a song that we used to sing when I was young and has now being made popular by somebody who, how would I call it, he models it. It's a song that says 'I have decided to follow Jesus, you are going to sing it with total determination, let it be your song for the rest of your life'."
Another clip also captured the choir at the convention ground singing Gaise Baba's version, with dance moves.

According to Mary Abe, a member of RCCG, the 73rd convention, like previous ones, was a success.
"Watching Daddy GO give the choir approval to sign Gaise Baba's version of No Turning Back can be said to be a way of him welcoming the new generation," she said.
Gaise Baba celebrates month of hit song
Legit.ng also reported that Gaise Baba marked the one-month anniversary of his hit song No Turning Back.
Following its success, a prophecy by Nathaniel Bassey surfaced online, further fueling the song's momentum.
In his post, Gaise expressed gratitude to God and his fans for streaming the song, calling it 'God's wave'.
