An intentional parenting advocate, Jayne Augoye, has reacted to the bond comedian AY shares with his daughters despite being separated from their mother. The mother of triplets advises couples in such a situation and discusses the effects on the children.

"If you’ve separated, the worst thing you can do is weaponise your child’s heart. Be civil and co-parent with maturity. Let your child know that even though mummy and daddy may no longer live under the same roof, their love and stability aren’t up for debate. Children thrive when parents stay present, not perfect."

Augoye, who runs Fabmumng, a motherhood, parenting and lifestyle resource site for millennial mums, also reacted to AY's special bond with his little daughter. She said:

"That kind of bond doesn't come from gifts. You could tell that the girl doesn’t just love her dad, she feels safe with him. And that’s the goal: Whether or not you live together, let your child know they can count on you emotionally."
