Key requirement to become a distribution partner
For legal requirements, you are to provide the documents listed below:
1. Certificate of incorporation
2. TIN & VAT Certificate
3. Bank Letter of Reference
Capital Requirements
1. Working capital of N480 million to N1.5 billion, depending on the area of operations.
2. Proof of funds in a bank account or guarantee with a reputable bank.
People Requirement
1. Ability to run independently of the owner(s)’ presence with an admin team in place.
Warehousing Requirements
1. Dedicated warehousing space of a minimum 500 sqm with loading and off-loading areas.
2. Located in an accessible location for supply and secondary redistribution.
3. Facility must meet the required health and safety standards.
Redistribution Requirements
1. Availability of a minimum of 6 redistribution vans.
2. Purchase agreements or proof of ownership.
Its Requirement:
1. Ability to provide IT infrastructure and internet connectivity
